ok guys it that time again to start planning since im all done with Christmas now i should have lots of time on my hands. Im goin to start by finding a place if anyone has any suggestions please let me know i refuse to go back to jays after what the did to us with the parking lot and also how they tried us. anyways please let me know of any ideas for this year or if you would like to help out

I think quaker steak would be good. Its kinda an in between for pitts and washington areas.  I know the date is possibly set for june 18th. What place do you have that set up for?

yea the one in Robinson said they are not zoned to have events. sounds like a bunch of b/s to me

I know that the one in Wheeling holds a car cruise in every Sunday in good weather

Well remember I (well the wife) got the green light from the manager to set up a car wash that you guys were thinking about. So, I don't think that it would be too hard. I mean business is business.

well heres a small list of thing we need to do before the show. 

 

- have a meeting

- Get give aways 

- design a flyer ( Something simple but yet informative) 

- Ether get sponsors for the trophy's or we all pitch in money for them 

-  plan out date to do car cruises to had out flyers and what not

lets make a date!     and actually follow thru with a car cruise to hand out flyers and not start 5 minutes before dark lol :P

Well its looking like June 18th for the car show. We still need a place to host it. i have not made it down to wheeling yet. Yea we defently need to plan a date for a cruise to hand out flyers
